Facilities
The Centre offers a variety of spaces to suit different needs. The facilities can be rented out on a whole building or per room basis to suit your requirements, and we can assist with setting up if required.
We have a fully fitted kitchen; a portable bar and both halls have a PA system and the Leet Room a cinema screen. There is also an attractive walled Garden at the back of the Community Centre that can also be used for ceremonies and for photographs.

The Tweed Hall
The Tweed Hall is ideal for big events such as weddings, conferences, performances, ceilidhs, parties, auctions and small exhibitions. Any group or individual can hire the hall, for a variety of events.
The Tweed Hall can accommodate between 200- 250 people depending on the type of event. For children’s parties this hall offers plenty space for bouncy castles and games.
Our selection of tables and chairs means this space can be configured any way you may need it, conference style, and wedding style or theatre style. The Tweed Hall is used for a host of community events like the Christmas Lights Switch-On, the Christmas Concert, the Ladies Cancer Dinner, the Old Folks’ Party, Flodden Presentations, Radio Shows, Twinning (with Bennecourt) events, Community Bake-Offs, Beer and other drinks festivals and the Pipe Band Concert as examples.

The Garden
The Leet Room
The Leet Room is good for smaller groups and meetings. With a large cinema screen and PA system this is an ideal space for hosting business meetings.

The Connect Café
In addition, the Connect Café room is more intimate and suitable for meetings for up to around 15 people. With a small kitchen this room makes lunch meetings easy.
