COLDSTREAM OPEN GARDENS
This will be happening online this year. We at the Community Centre felt the gardens should be displayed so we have photographed them all. Look out for the photos of all the wonderful gardens appearing on Facebook at the weekend, and then on the Scotlands Gardens website.
HOWEVER Christine and Forbes MacLennan’s garden at Marlfield WILL be open on Sunday 19 July between 13.00-17.00. Takeaway teas/coffees will be available with proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Care. The local branch of Macmillan has missed out on a lot of their fundraising events this year so, if you can, please support them by visiting the garden at Marlfield. The garden, if you haven’t visited it before, is just outside Coldstream on the Duns Road. On the left after Georgefield and Ruthven. There is ample space for you to wander around whilst still keeping a safe distance apart from other people.
