The Trust is needing a significant amount of money to develop and renovate Keith House into affordable housing. Following the good news about a conditional property purchase grant (stage 1) from the Scottish Land Fund/Big Lottery Fund, last week the Trust was awarded £24.2k from the Architectural Heritage Fund and £8k from the Fallago Environmental Fund towards stage 2. This is a good start with other grant funder decisions expected in the next few weeks.
