Do you know how to use a defibrillator?
We see them everywhere but how do they work?
On Wednesday September the 5th, in conjunction with the local Fire Service, we are running drop in one to one training sessions on how to use the life saving defibrillators we have in the town and increasingly in our lives.
The sessions are between 13.30 and 16.00 in the Leet Room, here at your Community Centre. The training lasts 15 minutes and you will learn how to save a life. Refreshments will be available.
