Hello everyone, the health and well being of users of The Centre, our staff and our volunteers is of paramount importance.
We will be continually reviewing our position on the Coronavirus and will be updating as necessary.
For the moment we will continue to be open and will do so in line with UK Government, NHS Borders & The Scottish Executive’s advice recommendations and any emergency legislation.
From this weekend we will be aiming to increase the frequency of our cleaning as well as taking extra care around high contact surfaces such as door handles. However as we are a charity, with limited resources, the onus has to be on our users to protect themselves by hand washing and the usual precautions.
Please wash your hands when you enter the building and again if you are using the kitchen. If you use crockery or cutlery please wash it thoroughly in hot water with detergent and then rinse in hot water, leaving to air dry.
There will be cleaning materials left out at strategic points, a spray bactericide and paper towel, please use these as you see fit to leave the facilities which you use clean and refreshed for the next user group. Bin the paper towel you use.
If you feel unwell please stay away from the Centre.
If you have been on holiday please check the up to date guidance for travellers before attending the Centre.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will issue further guidance as required.
Lastly Adrian our caretaker / manager is off until the 30th March.
If you need anything call the following: 01890 882368 // 07468 607798

Thanks all – take care and remember Catch it, Bin it, Kill it!
